Returns Policy (B2B Orders including Schools)

Forward Education operates a 10 working day returns window. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please note, we are unable to accept return requests submitted outside of this timeframe.

 

Stock Items 

·       Must be reported within 10 working days. 

·       If correctly supplied by Forward Education, a handling fee applies: £10 or 15% of goods value (whichever is greater). 

 

Direct Items 

·       Must be reported within 2 working days. 

·       If correctly supplied, restocking fees of up to 50% apply. 

·       Some direct items may be non-returnable.

Specially Sourced Products & Bespoke Orders

Some products supplied by Forward Products or Forward Furniture are not eligible for return. These include any perishable goods such as food; personalised orders such as printed exercise books; bespoke made to order items such as some furniture products; and products that we do not usually carry in stock that have been specially sourced for your order. If you would like further clarification on which products are not eligible, please contact customercare@forwardproducts.co.uk

 

Requesting a Return

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for safe return of your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note Forward Products is not responsible for any damage or loss of product occurred during the returns shipping process.  

 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email our customer care team immediately. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective items to expedite the return process. 

 

Processing Time

Once your return has arrived at Forward Products, it will be processed within 7 working days (unless your item has been supplied direct, please allow 10-14 days) If your case is eligible for a refund, a credit of equal value will be applied to your account.
